Larry has over 35 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, energy project finance, asset-backed securities, and energy services. As a banker, Larry was responsible for establishing CIBC’s midstream business in the U.S. in which he closed $2.4 billion of project financings and securitizations  in which CIBC was Lead Arranger.

 

As a CFO for two early-stage energy companies, Larry established first time credit facilities for both and oversaw their growth by 3X. In addition he established procedures to approve capital investments, budgeting, and reporting to investors and the board.  

 

Larry got his start in the energy services business at a large ESCO and formed a nine-person team providing capital for C&I businesses to invest in clean energy improvements. Owing to his fascination with C-PACE, he formed EnFlux Capital to provide a badly needed funding solution for building owners and those who service them. 

 

Larry graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Texas, lives in League City, Texas, and is an avid fisherman.
